Designed the full suite of launch collateral for Momento, Greystar’s new European residential brand, spanning properties in Madrid, Vienna, Berlin, Netherlands and London. Deliverables included resident handbooks, retail brochures, banners, signage and bespoke illustrated maps unique to each location. The project required building a coherent and premium visual identity from the ground up across four markets simultaneously, balancing brand consistency with the local character of each city and property.
